Pump

The N7NC801NUA model features a twin-piston in-line pump, a two-stage pump manufactured in Italy, capable of reaching a maximum pressure of 11 bar , which is one of the many distinguishing features of this device compared to similar compressors. After workshop testing, the effective capacity of this model is 814 l/min and the filling time for a 270 l cylinder is 3 minutes and 39 seconds . The compressor operates in a 9-11 bar range, meaning it turns on when the pressure drops to 9 bar and turns off when the maximum pressure of 11 bar is reached. This operating range allows for multi-faceted use of the compressor. The N7NC801NUA model is suitable for all types of compressed air work, such as pumping, blowing, cleaning, and for work using pneumatic tools such as disc sanders, oscillating sanders, linear sanders, ratchet wrenches, and impact wrenches. Moreover, thanks to its 11 bar maximum pressure, the N7NC801NUA model allows us to efficiently inflate truck and agricultural machinery tires, as well as activate and operate an inch-sized pneumatic wrench effectively. The pump is not subjected to maximum load, ensuring long and trouble-free operation.

ENGINE

All Nuair compressor models are equipped with high-efficiency induction motors with copper windings, precisely matched by FNA technologists to the appropriate pumps, ensuring long, trouble-free operation. Tank

The compressor tank is made in Italy to the highest quality and safety standards. It has all the required documentation and certifications . It is equipped with a drain valve to drain any condensate that accumulates inside the tank during operation.

Belt transmission

The pump is connected to the engine via a belt drive , which is protected by a guard ensuring user safety. Engine speed is not directly transmitted to the pump, and the pulleys are sized to allow for economical compressor operation.

Pressure switch

Every Nuair compressor model is equipped with a high-quality, genuine NE-MA pressure switch . This is one of the most important components of the compressor, ensuring safe and proper operation; it is here that we set the unit's cut-in and cut-out pressure.

Safety valve

Two certified safety valves ensure operational safety: one located behind the tank, its role is to prevent excessive pressure buildup inside the tank. It opens when the pressure increases to a level above 11 bar . The second, located on the pump, its role is to prevent excessive pressure buildup inside the pump. It opens when the pressure inside the pump exceeds 6 bar .

Protective paint

Unlike compressors from other brands covered with enamel paint, the compressors are covered with high-quality structural paint, providing better protection of the device against damage, scratches and abrasions during use, storage or transportation.

Common platform

The use of a platform solution in NUAIR compressors allowed for the inclusion of additional openings and the adaptation of the device to connect more pumps, thus increasing its functionality.

The use of a large paper suction filter instead of a sponge filter significantly reduces noise levels and increases efficiency. The filter ensures high air quality and extends the compressor's lifespan. Furthermore, a filter insert is placed in the air distributor, resulting in significantly greater air intake.

The N7NC801NUA compressor's undoubted advantage is its convenient compressed air outlets, which include a pressure gauge and a reducer equipped with 26-type quick couplers (two pieces) , as well as one outlet with a ball valve. Additionally, unreduced air can be extracted directly from the cylinder by mounting the quick coupler on the tank bottom .
